พลอยนภัส นภัสสร แก้วมณี อายุ 31 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีจากมหาวิทยาลัยนานาชาติแสตมฟอร์ด ปัจจุบันทำงานในบริษัทเอกชนที่ส่งเสริมอัตลักษณ์และผลิตภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่นของจังหวัดชุมพร พร้อมทั้งช่วยดูแลธุรกิจของครอบครัว

ดิฉันเป็นคนอารมณ์ดี เข้ากับผู้คนได้ง่าย แต่ในขณะเดียวกันก็จริงใจและมุ่งมั่นกับทุกสิ่งที่เลือกทำ เพราะเชื่อว่าความไว้วางใจและความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ล้วนเริ่มต้นจากความจริงใจและการเคารพซึ่งกันและกัน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเพศ วัย อาชีพ หรือสถานะใดในสังคม ทุกคนสมควรได้รับการปฏิบัติอย่างเท่าเทียม

ดิฉันใช้ชีวิตด้วยแนวคิดว่า **“ทำวันนี้ให้ดีที่สุด”** และเชื่อว่าความเข้มแข็งไม่ได้หมายถึงการไม่เคยล้ม แต่คือการลุกขึ้น เรียนรู้ และก้าวเดินต่อไป แม้จะยังมีความกลัวอยู่บ้าง เพราะทุกอุปสรรคคือบทเรียนที่หล่อหลอมให้เราเติบโตเป็นคนที่ดีขึ้น

ประสบการณ์จากการเคยเป็นครู ทำให้ดิฉันได้พบเด็กที่ตกเป็นเหยื่อของความรุนแรงในครอบครัว และได้เห็นว่าหลายครั้งผู้เสียหายกลับต้องเผชิญกับการถูกตัดสินจากสังคม เหตุการณ์เหล่านั้นทำให้ดิฉันตระหนักว่า การช่วยเหลือที่แท้จริงไม่ใช่การแก้ปัญหาทุกอย่างด้วยตัวเอง แต่คือการรับฟังโดยไม่ตัดสิน การเข้าใจบทบาทของตนเอง และการเชื่อมโยงผู้ที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือไปสู่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและหน่วยงานที่เหมาะสม

สำหรับดิฉัน การประกวด **Miss Universe Thailand** ไม่ใช่เพียงการแข่งขัน แต่คือเวทีที่เปิดโอกาสให้ใช้เสียงของตัวเองสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลง ดิฉันอยากเป็นตัวแทนของผู้หญิงที่พิสูจน์ให้เห็นว่า ความงามไม่ใช่ความสมบูรณ์แบบ แต่คือความกล้าที่จะเติบโต ลุกขึ้นอีกครั้งหลังจากความผิดหวัง และใช้โอกาสที่ได้รับเพื่อสร้างคุณค่าให้กับผู้อื่น

### **โครงการ Beyond the Crown: Safe Space, New Start**

จากประสบการณ์การทำงานทั้งในภาคการศึกษาและภาคธุรกิจ ดิฉันได้เห็นทั้งรอยยิ้มและความเจ็บปวดของผู้คน โดยเฉพาะเด็กและผู้หญิงที่เผชิญความรุนแรงในครอบครัว จึงตั้งใจผลักดันโครงการ **Safe Space, New Start** เพื่อสร้างพื้นที่ปลอดภัยทั้งทางกายและทางใจให้กับผู้ที่กำลังเผชิญปัญหา

โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการสร้างความตระหนักเรื่องการรับฟังโดยไม่ตัดสิน การส่งเสริมความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความรุนแรงในครอบครัว การประสานความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อให้ผู้ประสบปัญหาสามารถเข้าถึงความช่วยเหลือได้อย่างรวดเร็วและเหมาะสม รวมถึงรณรงค์ให้สังคมเคารพสิทธิและศักดิ์ศรีของทุกคน

ดิฉันเชื่อว่า แม้คนเพียงคนเดียวอาจไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนโลกได้ แต่ทุกคนสามารถเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ และเมื่อสังคมมีพื้นที่ที่ปลอดภัย ผู้คนได้รับการรับฟัง และได้รับโอกาสในการเริ่มต้นใหม่อย่างมีศักดิ์ศรี เราจะสามารถสร้างครอบครัวที่เข้มแข็ง ชุมชนที่อบอุ่น และสังคมที่เปี่ยมด้วยความเข้าใจได้อย่างยั่งยืน

Naphatsorn Kaewmanee. I am 31 years old and hold a bachelor’s degree from Stamford International University. I currently work for a private company that promotes the local identity of Chumphon through regional products while also helping manage my family’s business.

I am an optimistic and approachable person who values sincerity in every relationship. At the same time, I am deeply committed to everything I choose to pursue. I believe that trust is built through honesty and mutual respect, which is why I treat everyone equally, regardless of their gender, age, profession, or social background.

I live by the belief that we should always do our best with the opportunities we have today. To me, strength is not about never falling—it is about having the courage to rise, learn, and keep moving forward despite uncertainty. That mindset has shaped the woman I am today.

My experience as a teacher introduced me to children who were victims of domestic violence. I witnessed how survivors are often judged instead of supported, and that experience changed my perspective forever. It taught me that helping others is not about solving every problem alone, but about listening without judgment, understanding our own role, and connecting those in need with the right professionals and support systems.

I do not believe one person can change the world alone, but I do believe one person can spark meaningful change. If given the opportunity, I hope to work alongside government agencies, private organizations, educational institutions, and social organizations to create safer spaces for women and children, promote respect for human rights, and improve access to support services for those who need them most.

For me, Miss Universe Thailand is far more than a competition. It is a platform to amplify the causes I believe in and create a greater impact. I want to represent women who prove that true beauty is not about perfection—it is about having the courage to grow, the strength to rise after every setback, and the willingness to use our opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

### **Beyond the Crown: A Safe Start for Every Life**

Through my experience in both the private sector and education, I have seen both the joy and the hidden struggles that many people face, especially children affected by domestic violence. These experiences inspired me to advocate for a society where every child and every woman feels safe, respected, and supported.

My initiative focuses on promoting early awareness, encouraging non-judgmental listening, connecting survivors with professional support services, and strengthening collaboration among communities, educators, and relevant organizations. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to begin again with dignity, hope, and the support they need to build a better future.

Because when we create safe spaces for people to heal, we also create stronger families, healthier communities, and a more compassionate society.
