โนเน เนรานี ลีลาอุดมวิทย์ มิสยูนิเวิร์สชัยนาท 2026 อายุ 29 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ (MBA) จากมหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี ความสามารถพิเศษของดิฉันคือการรำไทย ซึ่งหล่อหลอมให้เป็นคนที่มีวินัย อ่อนช้อย และภาคภูมิใจในวัฒนธรรมไทย

ดิฉันเชื่อว่าพลังของผู้หญิงยุคใหม่เริ่มต้นจากความกล้าที่จะลงมือทำ และกล้าที่จะใช้เสียงของตัวเองเพื่อสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงให้กับสังคม จากประสบการณ์ในการบริหารธุรกิจครอบครัว “ข้าวขาหมูก๊วยเจ๋ง” รวมถึงการได้รับตำแหน่งรองอันดับ 2 มิสแกรนด์ชลบุรี 2026 ทำให้ดิฉันได้เรียนรู้ทั้งการเป็นผู้นำ การทำงานร่วมกับผู้คน และการรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม

การก้าวสู่เวที Miss Universe Thailand สำหรับดิฉัน จึงไม่ใช่เพียงการตามหามงกุฎ แต่คือโอกาสในการใช้ประสบการณ์ ความรู้ และเสียงของตัวเอง เพื่อผลักดันเรื่อง **ความเท่าเทียมของโอกาสและการยอมรับความหลากหลายในทุกมิติของสังคม** เพราะดิฉันเชื่อว่าผู้หญิงทุกคนมีศักยภาพที่จะเป็นผู้นำและสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ยิ่งใหญ่ได้ หากได้รับโอกาสที่เท่าเทียม

**โครงการ Empowering Equal Opportunities (พลังแห่งโอกาสที่เท่าเทียม)**

สำหรับดิฉัน มงกุฎไม่ใช่เพียงสัญลักษณ์ของชัยชนะ แต่คือ “กระบอกเสียง” ที่สามารถสร้างโอกาสให้กับผู้คนได้อย่างแท้จริง

จากประสบการณ์ในการทำธุรกิจครอบครัวและการศึกษาด้านบริหารธุรกิจ ทำให้ดิฉันตระหนักว่าผู้หญิงและผู้คนจากหลากหลายกลุ่มในสังคมมีศักยภาพไม่ต่างกัน สิ่งที่พวกเขาขาดไม่ใช่ความสามารถ แต่คือโอกาสและการยอมรับ

โครงการ **Empowering Equal Opportunities** จึงมุ่งขับเคลื่อนใน 2 ด้านสำคัญ ได้แก่

* **Opportunity Creation** ส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านธุรกิจ การบริหารจัดการ และทักษะอาชีพ เพื่อสร้างโอกาสให้ผู้หญิงและกลุ่มเปราะบางสามารถพึ่งพาตนเอง มีรายได้ และเติบโตอย่างมั่นคง
* **Inclusive Voice** ใช้สื่อและเวทีนางงามเป็นพื้นที่ในการสร้างความเข้าใจ ลดอคติ และส่งเสริมการยอมรับความหลากหลายในทุกมิติ เพื่อให้ทุกคนได้รับการปฏิบัติอย่างเท่าเทียม

ดิฉันเชื่อว่า เมื่อสังคมมอบโอกาสที่เท่าเทียมให้กับทุกคน ศักยภาพของผู้คนจะได้รับการปลดปล่อย และผู้หญิงทุกคนก็สามารถก้าวขึ้นมาเป็นผู้นำที่สร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างยั่งยืนให้กับสังคมได้อย่างแท้จริง

Neranee Leelaudomwit , proudly representing **Miss Universe Chainat 2026**. I am 29 years old and hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bangkok Thonburi University. My special talent is Thai classical dance, which has taught me discipline, grace, and a deep appreciation for Thailand’s cultural heritage.

I believe the strength of modern women begins with the courage to take action and use their voices to create positive change. Through my experience managing my family’s business, **Kuay Jeng Braised Pork Leg Rice**, and as the **Second Runner-up of Miss Grand Chonburi 2026**, I have developed leadership, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility. These experiences have inspired me to step onto the Miss Universe Thailand stage to advocate for equal opportunities and greater acceptance of diversity in every dimension of society.

I want to prove that every woman has the potential to become a leader who creates meaningful change.

To me, the crown is not simply a symbol of victory—it is a powerful voice for creating a more inclusive and equitable society.

My experience in both business and my MBA studies has shown me that many people, especially women and underrepresented communities, possess incredible potential but are often held back by a lack of opportunities and social acceptance.

That is why I created **Empowering Equal Opportunities**, a project built on two key pillars:

* **Opportunity Creation** – Providing women and vulnerable communities with business knowledge, management skills, and career development opportunities, empowering them to achieve financial independence and long-term sustainability.

* **Inclusive Voice** – Using media and the Miss Universe Thailand platform to promote understanding, reduce prejudice, and encourage acceptance of diversity in all aspects of society.

I believe that when equal opportunities are available to everyone, women are empowered to become leaders, innovators, and changemakers who can transform not only their own lives but also their communities and society as a whole.
