ปาณิศา แก้วเพ็ชร์ นักรังสีการแพทย์ด้านรังสีรักษา ผู้ที่มีโอกาสได้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งอย่างใกล้ชิดทุกวัน ประสบการณ์เหล่านี้ทำให้ดิฉันได้เรียนรู้ว่า ความเข้มแข็ง ความหวัง และกำลังใจ คือพลังสำคัญที่ช่วยให้ผู้คนก้าวผ่านช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบากที่สุดในชีวิต

ดิฉันเชื่อว่าความงามที่แท้จริง ไม่ได้เกิดจากรูปลักษณ์ภายนอกเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่เกิดจากการใช้ความรู้ ความสามารถ และหัวใจแห่งความเมตตา เพื่อสร้างโอกาสและคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นให้กับผู้อื่น

การก้าวเข้าสู่เวที Miss Universe Thailand จึงไม่ใช่เพียงการออกจาก Comfort Zone ของตัวเอง แต่เป็นโอกาสในการพัฒนาศักยภาพความเป็นผู้นำ ใช้เสียงและแพลตฟอร์มที่ได้รับในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของผู้หญิง พร้อมสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้ทุกคนเชื่อมั่นว่า เมื่อเรากล้าก้าวออกมาและลงมือทำอย่างมุ่งมั่น เราทุกคนสามารถสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงบวกให้กับสังคมและโลกได้

ในฐานะนักรังสีการแพทย์ด้านรังสีรักษา ดิฉันมีโอกาสดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งจำนวนมาก โดยเฉพาะผู้ป่วยมะเร็งปากมดลูก ทำให้เห็นว่าผู้หญิงหลายคนเข้ารับการรักษาเมื่อโรคลุกลามแล้ว ทั้งที่โรคนี้สามารถป้องกันได้ด้วยวัคซีน HPV และการตรวจคัดกรองอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

ประสบการณ์เหล่านี้เป็นแรงผลักดันให้ดิฉันตั้งใจผลักดันการสร้างความตระหนักรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันมะเร็งปากมดลูก เริ่มต้นจากประเทศไทยและต่อยอดสู่ระดับโลก ผ่านการให้ความรู้ด้านการดูแลสุขภาพเชิงป้องกันในโรงเรียน มหาวิทยาลัย โรงพยาบาล และสื่อออนไลน์ เพื่อให้ผู้หญิงทุกคนเข้าถึงข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง ลดจำนวนผู้ป่วยรายใหม่ และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น

หากได้รับโอกาสจากเวทีแห่งนี้ ดิฉันตั้งใจใช้ทั้งความรู้ในวิชาชีพ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และความเข้าอกเข้าใจที่มี ผลักดันโครงการนี้ให้เกิดขึ้นอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม เพราะดิฉันเชื่อว่า การป้องกันคือการดูแลสุขภาพที่ดีที่สุด

ดิฉันหวังว่าจะเป็นอีกหนึ่งเสียงที่ทำให้ผู้หญิงทั่วโลกตระหนักว่า ความสุข ความมั่นใจ และความสำเร็จของผู้หญิงทุกคน เริ่มต้นได้จากการดูแลสุขภาพของตัวเอง เพราะเมื่อผู้หญิงมีสุขภาพที่ดี พวกเธอก็จะมีพลังในการสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ยั่งยืนให้กับครอบครัว ชุมชน และสังคมได้อย่างแท้จริง

Panisa Kaewphet is a radiation therapist who has dedicated her career to caring for cancer patients. Working closely with them every day has taught her the true value of empathy, resilience, and maintaining hope even in the most difficult circumstances.

Leena believes that true beauty lies in using knowledge, compassion, and one’s abilities to create opportunities for others to live healthier and more fulfilling lives. Joining Miss Universe Thailand is her opportunity to step outside her comfort zone, strengthen her leadership skills, and use her voice to advocate for women’s health while inspiring others to believe that meaningful change begins when we have the courage to take the first step.

As a radiation therapist, Leena has cared for countless women diagnosed with cervical cancer. Through these experiences, she has witnessed that many patients begin treatment only after the disease has reached an advanced stage—even though cervical cancer is largely preventable through HPV vaccination and regular screening.

These experiences inspired Leena to advocate for greater awareness of cervical cancer prevention, starting in Thailand and expanding her impact globally. Her goal is to educate women about preventive healthcare through schools, universities, hospitals, and digital platforms, ensuring they have access to accurate information, early screening, and life-saving prevention.

Leena believes that prevention is one of the most powerful forms of healthcare because it empowers women to protect their health before illness occurs.

If given the opportunity through the Miss Universe Thailand platform, Leena is committed to turning this vision into reality. She hopes to use her voice, professional expertise, and compassion to encourage women around the world to prioritize their health, because she believes that every woman’s happiness, confidence, and success begin with good health. By empowering women to take care of themselves, they will have the strength to create lasting positive change for their families, communities, and the world.
