รภัทรตั้งใจผลักดันโครงการ **Healthy Weight, Healthy Future** ภายใต้แนวคิด “การป้องกันดีกว่าการรักษา” เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคอ้วน ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในปัจจัยสำคัญที่นำไปสู่โรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง เช่น โรคเบาหวาน โรคหัวใจ ความดันโลหิตสูง และโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง

โครงการมุ่งส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านโภชนาการ การออกกำลังกาย สุขภาพจิต และการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการใช้ชีวิตที่สามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้จริง โดยเน้นการสร้างสุขภาพที่ดีอย่างยั่งยืน มากกว่าการลดน้ำหนักเพื่อให้ตรงตามค่านิยมของสังคม เพราะรภัทรเชื่อว่าสุขภาพที่ดีไม่ได้วัดจากรูปร่าง แต่คือการมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่แข็งแรงทั้งกายและใจ

With her background in public health and her commitment to continuous self-development, Rapat believes that modern women can be leaders, role models, and powerful advocates for improving public health and quality of life—especially as Thailand moves toward an aging society.

Inspired by the belief that **prevention is better than cure**, Rapat is committed to launching **Healthy Weight, Healthy Future**, an initiative that raises awareness about obesity as one of the leading risk factors for non-communicable diseases, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and stroke.

The project focuses on promoting sustainable healthy lifestyles through education on nutrition, physical activity, mental well-being, and practical lifestyle changes. Rather than encouraging weight loss to meet unrealistic beauty standards, the initiative emphasizes overall health, long-term well-being, and improving quality of life.

Rapat believes that good health is not defined by body size, but by the ability to live a healthy and fulfilling life. By empowering people with accurate health knowledge and practical tools, she hopes to reduce the burden of chronic diseases and contribute to building healthier communities for future generations.
