สุนิษา ผินกลับ (โม) ดิฉันเป็นผู้หญิงธรรมดาคนหนึ่งที่เชื่อว่า “ความงดงามที่แท้จริง คือการใช้ศักยภาพของตัวเองเพื่อสร้างคุณค่าให้กับผู้อื่น”

ดิฉันสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชน มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม ด้วยเกียรตินิยมอันดับ 2 การศึกษาได้หล่อหลอมให้ดิฉันเป็นคนที่คิดอย่างเป็นระบบ วางแผนอย่างมีเป้าหมาย และพร้อมรับมือกับทุกความท้าทายด้วยเหตุผล ความรับผิดชอบ และความมุ่งมั่น

ปัจจุบันดิฉันทำงานด้านการตลาดของโรงพยาบาล ควบคู่กับการเป็นนางแบบ แม้ทั้งสองบทบาทจะมีความแตกต่างกัน แต่กลับมีจุดมุ่งหมายเดียวกัน คือการใช้การสื่อสารเพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและส่งต่อคุณค่าให้กับผู้คน การทำงานในโรงพยาบาลทำให้ดิฉันเข้าใจว่า “สุขภาพที่ดี” คือรากฐานสำคัญของคุณภาพชีวิต ขณะที่การเป็นนางแบบได้สอนให้ดิฉันมีวินัย ความมั่นใจ และความเป็นมืออาชีพในทุกสถานการณ์

หนึ่งในความสามารถที่ดิฉันภาคภูมิใจคือการเป็นพิธีกรและการสื่อสารต่อหน้าสาธารณชน เพราะดิฉันเชื่อว่าคำพูดที่จริงใจสามารถสร้างความเข้าใจ จุดประกายความหวัง และเป็นพลังในการขับเคลื่อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้

สำหรับดิฉัน ผู้หญิงยุคใหม่ไม่ได้ถูกจดจำเพียงเพราะรูปลักษณ์ภายนอก แต่เพราะความคิด ความสามารถ ภาวะผู้นำ และการสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกให้กับสังคม ดิฉันยึดมั่นในคุณค่าของความซื่อสัตย์ ความเมตตา การพัฒนาตัวเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง และการใช้ทุกโอกาสที่ได้รับเพื่อยกระดับชีวิตของผู้อื่น

การก้าวเข้าสู่เวที Miss Universe Thailand จึงไม่ใช่เพียงการทำตามความฝันในการสวมมงกุฎ แต่เป็นโอกาสในการใช้เสียงของตัวเองส่งเสริมการตระหนักรู้ด้านสุขภาพ สร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้ผู้หญิงทุกคนเห็นคุณค่าในตัวเอง และพิสูจน์ว่าความสำเร็จที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุด คือการสร้างคุณค่าให้กับผู้คนและสังคม

ดิฉันตั้งใจเป็นตัวแทนของผู้หญิงไทยที่สง่างามด้วยสติปัญญา อ่อนโยนด้วยหัวใจ และเข้มแข็งด้วยการลงมือทำ

เพราะสำหรับดิฉัน มงกุฎที่ทรงคุณค่าที่สุด ไม่ใช่มงกุฎที่อยู่บนศีรษะ แต่คือมงกุฎที่เกิดขึ้นในหัวใจของผู้คนที่เราได้สร้างแรงบันดาลใจตลอดเส้นทางชีวิต

### **Beyond the Crown : Care Beyond Bed – ดูแล…มากกว่าข้างเตียง**

จากการทำงานด้านการตลาดในโรงพยาบาล ดิฉันมีโอกาสลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมผู้ป่วยติดเตียงและผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน ทำให้ได้เรียนรู้ว่าหลายครั้ง สิ่งที่ผู้ป่วยต้องการไม่ได้มีเพียงการรักษาทางการแพทย์ แต่คือโอกาสในการมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี และการได้รับความเข้าใจจากผู้คนรอบข้าง

ประสบการณ์เหล่านี้จึงเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของแนวคิด **”Care Beyond Bed : ดูแล…มากกว่าข้างเตียง”** โครงการที่มุ่งยกระดับการดูแลผู้ป่วยติดเตียงแบบองค์รวม ผ่านความร่วมมือระหว่างโรงพยาบาล บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ อาสาสมัคร ชุมชน และภาคเอกชน เพื่อให้การดูแลเข้าถึงผู้ป่วยได้อย่างครอบคลุมและต่อเนื่อง

โครงการไม่ได้มุ่งเพียงการสนับสนุนอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์หรือสิ่งของจำเป็นเท่านั้น แต่ยังให้ความสำคัญกับการส่งเสริมความรู้แก่ผู้ดูแล การติดตามสุขภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมถึงการดูแลสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพใจของทั้งผู้ป่วยและครอบครัว เพื่อให้ทุกคนสามารถใช้ชีวิตได้อย่างมีศักดิ์ศรีและมีคุณภาพ

ดิฉันเชื่อว่า **”การดูแลที่ดีที่สุด ไม่ใช่การรักษาเมื่อเจ็บป่วย แต่คือการไม่ปล่อยให้ใครต้องเผชิญกับความเจ็บป่วยเพียงลำพัง”**

หากได้รับโอกาสจากเวที Miss Universe Thailand ดิฉันตั้งใจต่อยอดโครงการนี้ให้ขยายสู่ระดับประเทศ สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับทุกภาคส่วน รณรงค์ให้สังคมเห็นความสำคัญของคุณภาพชีวิตผู้ป่วยติดเตียง และผลักดันให้ทุกคนสามารถเข้าถึงการดูแลที่มีคุณภาพอย่างเท่าเทียม

เพราะดิฉันเชื่อว่า **คุณค่าของผู้นำไม่ได้วัดจากจำนวนคนที่เดินตามเรา แต่วัดจากจำนวนชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น เพราะเราเลือกที่จะลงมือทำ**

Sunisa Pinklab, I am an ordinary woman who believes that true beauty is measured by the value we create in the lives of others.

I graduated with Second-Class Honors in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Sripatum University. My academic journey taught me to think strategically, work with purpose, and approach every challenge with responsibility, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Today, I work as a Marketing Executive at a hospital while also pursuing my passion as a professional model. Although these two careers are different, they share one meaningful purpose—to communicate, inspire, and make a positive impact on people’s lives. Working in healthcare has shown me that good health is the foundation of a fulfilling life, while modeling has strengthened my confidence, discipline, and professionalism.

One of my greatest strengths is public speaking and hosting. I believe that sincere communication has the power to build understanding, inspire hope, and create meaningful change.

To me, modern women should never be defined solely by their appearance. They should be recognized for their intelligence, leadership, compassion, and the positive impact they make in society. The values that guide my life are integrity, kindness, continuous self-development, and using every opportunity to uplift others.

Joining Miss Universe Thailand is not simply about pursuing a crown. It is an opportunity to become a voice for health awareness, inspire women to recognize their own worth, and prove that true success is measured by the lives we touch and the difference we make.

I aspire to represent Thai women with grace, wisdom, compassion, and the courage to take action.

Because to me, the most meaningful crown is not the one placed upon our heads, but the one earned in the hearts of the people we inspire.

“Care Beyond Bed”

Throughout my work at the hospital, I have had the opportunity to visit bedridden patients and elderly individuals in local communities. Those experiences taught me an important lesson: many patients need more than medical treatment. They need dignity, emotional support, and the opportunity to live with a better quality of life.

This inspired me to create **”Care Beyond Bed,”** a holistic initiative dedicated to improving the quality of life of bedridden patients by building collaboration among hospitals, healthcare professionals, volunteers, local communities, and private-sector partners.

The project goes beyond providing essential medical supplies such as wheelchairs, medical equipment, adult diapers, and healthcare necessities. It also focuses on educating family caregivers, ensuring continuous follow-up care, and supporting the physical and emotional well-being of both patients and their families.

I believe that the best care is not simply treating illness—it is making sure no one has to face illness alone.

If given the opportunity through the Miss Universe Thailand platform, I hope to expand this initiative nationwide by creating a stronger support network, raising public awareness about the quality of life of bedridden patients, and advocating for equal access to compassionate and quality healthcare for everyone.

Because I believe that the true measure of leadership is not how many people follow us, but how many lives become better because we chose to take action.
