ศราทิพย์ แซ่ตั้ง อายุ 28 ปี เป็นผู้หญิงที่เชื่อว่าความงดงามที่แท้จริงเริ่มต้นจากการไม่หยุดเรียนรู้ พัฒนาตัวเอง และแบ่งปันคุณค่าให้กับผู้อื่น ปัจจุบันทำงานด้านการสร้างสรรค์คอนเทนต์และการสื่อสาร พร้อมทั้งมีประสบการณ์ในวงการนางงามและการทำกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคม ซึ่งหล่อหลอมให้ดิฉันเป็นคนที่มีวินัย รับผิดชอบ และพร้อมเติบโตจากทุกโอกาสที่ได้รับ

สำหรับดิฉัน Miss Universe Thailand ไม่ใช่เพียงเวทีประกวดความงาม แต่เป็นพื้นที่ที่ผู้หญิงสามารถใช้เสียงและศักยภาพของตนเองขับเคลื่อนสังคมให้ดีขึ้น ดิฉันเชื่อว่าความสำเร็จที่แท้จริงไม่ได้อยู่ที่สิ่งที่เราได้รับ แต่อยู่ที่คุณค่าที่เราสามารถสร้างให้กับผู้อื่นและประเทศชาติ

ปัจจุบัน ผู้พ้นโทษจำนวนมากไม่ได้หวนกลับไปกระทำผิดเพราะความตั้งใจ แต่เกิดจากการขาดโอกาสในการกลับมาใช้ชีวิตในสังคม ทั้งด้านการทำงาน การได้รับการยอมรับ และการเริ่มต้นชีวิตอย่างมีศักดิ์ศรี

ด้วยเหตุนี้ ดิฉันจึงมุ่งผลักดันโครงการที่ทำหน้าที่เป็นสะพานเชื่อมระหว่างผู้พ้นโทษกับสังคม ผ่านการพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพ การสร้างความร่วมมือกับสถานประกอบการที่พร้อมมอบโอกาสในการจ้างงาน และการรณรงค์สร้างความเข้าใจว่าการตัดสินคนจากอดีตไม่ใช่คำตอบของสังคม การเปิดโอกาสให้คนได้พิสูจน์ตัวเองต่างหาก คือหนทางที่ช่วยลดการกระทำผิดซ้ำและสร้างประโยชน์ร่วมกันอย่างยั่งยืน

ดิฉันเชื่อว่า เมื่อคนคนหนึ่งได้รับโอกาสในการเริ่มต้นใหม่ เราไม่ได้เปลี่ยนแค่ชีวิตของเขา แต่กำลังเปลี่ยนอนาคตของครอบครัว ชุมชน และสังคมให้ดีขึ้นไปพร้อมกัน

Saratip Sae-tang, and I am 28 years old. I believe that true beauty begins with a willingness to learn, grow, and create value for others. I currently work in content creation and communications, while my experience in the pageant industry and community initiatives has shaped me into a disciplined, responsible, and purpose-driven woman.

To me, Miss Universe Thailand is more than a beauty pageant. It is a platform where women can use their voices, experiences, and leadership to create meaningful change. I believe that the greatest success is not measured by what we achieve for ourselves, but by the positive impact we leave on the lives of others and our society.

I firmly believe that **everyone deserves a second chance**.

Many formerly incarcerated individuals do not reoffend because they want to, but because they are denied the opportunity to rebuild their lives. Barriers to employment, social acceptance, and equal opportunities often prevent them from moving forward with dignity.

My initiative aims to bridge the gap between formerly incarcerated individuals and society by promoting vocational training, building partnerships with employers who are willing to offer second chances, and encouraging greater public understanding. Rather than judging people solely by their past, I believe that creating opportunities for rehabilitation helps reduce reoffending, strengthens communities, and benefits society as a whole.

Because when one person is given the opportunity to begin again, we are not only changing one life—we are helping transform families, communities, and the future of our society.
